Conflicts Analyst – 100% Remote

**Location:** 100% Remote

**Salary:** $85,000–$115,000 annually

A prominent global law firm is seeking **Conflicts Analysts** to join its growing team. This fully remote opportunity is ideal for detail-oriented professionals with experience in legal conflicts, research, and risk management.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Conduct conflicts checks for new clients, matters, and lateral attorney hires.

- Prepare, review, and analyze conflicts reports to identify potential ethical or business conflicts.

- Research corporate entities, ownership structures, and related parties using internal and external databases.

- Communicate with attorneys and internal teams to clarify conflicts information and resolve potential issues.

- Maintain accurate records and update conflicts databases.

- Assist with reviewing attorney responses and escalating potential conflicts when necessary.

- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in legal conflicts, risk management, or a related professional services environment.

- Experience with **Intapp Open** or similar conflicts management software preferred.

- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work directly with attorneys and legal professionals.

- Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
