As a Picker/Packer, you will play a key role in fulfilling customer orders accurately and efficiently while maintaining warehouse organization and safety. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.What We Offer:Pay of $18 per hourMonday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PMOccasional weekend shifts based on volumePaid company holidaysWhat We're Looking For:At least 6 months of warehouse experienceAbility to lift 26–50 lbs and perform physical tasks (e.g., climbing, bending, standing)Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environmentStrong time management and organizational skillsWillingness to work occasional weekends and overtimeReliable, adaptable, and safety-consciousWhat You'll Do as a Picker/Packer:Select, scan, and pack merchandise based on customer ordersUse smartphones or handheld devices for order fulfillmentInspect products for damage or defectsOperate robotic, computerized, or automated picking/packing systemsMaintain accurate product labeling and invoicingReceive and stock merchandise efficientlyReposition inventory based on demand and space availabilityFollow safety procedures and report hazardsOperate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts, pallet wrappers)Assist with continuous improvement effortsDispose of defective or excess stock properlyMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentPerform other warehouse duties as assigned
