Night Maintenance Supervisor, Beverage Manufacturing
Greenville, SC (Onsite, overnight 3rd shift)

Lead the overnight maintenance crew at a high-speed beverage plant, keeping packaging lines running and downtime low.

Must-Haves

• 5 to 7 years in manufacturing maintenance
• High-speed packaging experience
• Proven maintenance supervisory experience
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting
• Knowledge of OSHA, GMP, and food safety requirements
• Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SAP

What You'll Do

• Lead, schedule, and direct the night maintenance crew
• Oversee PM and corrective work on production equipment, utilities, and electrical
• Troubleshoot breakdowns and protect production capacity
• Drive Lean and Kaizen improvements and root cause analysis
• Hire, train, and coach maintenance technicians

Nice-to-Haves

• Beverage or food manufacturing experience
• SQF experience
• Bachelor's in Engineering or Manufacturing
