Job Duties

• Visit assigned stores, restaurants, and grocery stores as a mystery shopper/checker
• Attempt to purchase designated items following provided instructions
• Evaluate whether clerks properly verify identification and follow company procedures
• Issue a green card if the clerk passes the compliance check or a red card if the clerk fails
• Complete all assigned route locations during each shift
• Accurately document observations and inspection results
• Return completed reports and documentation to the branch office
• Follow all company procedures and maintain confidentiality throughout the assignment

Experience Requirements

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Commitment to quality, safety, professionalism, and dependable attendance.
• Ability to learn new processes, procedures, equipment, or software as required.
• Must be 21 to 25 years old.

What You Will Do

As a Secret Shopper you will perform responsibilities that support the daily operations of your assigned employer while following established procedures, quality standards, and workplace safety requirements. Duties may include operating equipment, working with customers, handling materials, preparing documentation, supporting administrative activities, using technology, collaborating with team members, or completing other responsibilities appropriate to the position. Successful Secret Shopper professionals demonstrate adaptability, professionalism, attention to detail, and a commitment to producing quality work while contributing to organizational success.

• Go into a scheduled store.
• Take an age-restricted product to the register.
• The associate may ask to see your ID or may not.
• No purchase is made, and no money changes hands.
• Afterward, give the associate a Green Card if they requested your ID or a Red Card if they did not, then leave the store.
