A successful Ortho Assistant exhibits an efficient, knowledgeable, and positive countenance for every patient experience.Must be able to work in a pediatric, child friendly environmentAdvise parent or guardian what to expect in the visit and address any concernsObtaining all x-rays necessary in the best quality possibleMaintaining accurate clinical notes of each visitAssists doctor with cementation of bands and bracket placement.Removes and places wires, ties, power chains/threadPerform additional duties as assigned by managementQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentAt least one year of orthodontic experienceRadiology CertificationCurrent CPR Healthcare Provider CertificationBi-Lingual is a plusWhat We Offer:We believe that taking care of our employees and their families is paramount.
