Warehouse Technician/Forklift OperatorOur Warehouse Technicians/Forklift Operators are responsible for loading and unloading trucks, moving materials, staging shipments, operating RF scanners, and supporting shipping, receiving, inventory, and warehouse operations. This role requires safe forklift operation, material handling experience, and the ability to work in a manufacturing environment.Pay: $18.50 + $2 shift diffShift: Night shift on 2-2-3 scheduleBenefits:Paid vacation plus 12 paid holidaysUp to 7% 401K matchMedical, dental, and vision benefits starting day oneAdditional disability, life insurance, and supplemental plansRequirements:High school diploma or GED equivalencyExperience operating a forklift in a manufacturing environmentProficiency with computers including Microsoft Office.Experience with databases and tracking software.What You Will Do:Loading and unloading trucksMove raw materials, finished goods, and scrap material within the plantEnsure items received are in good order and correct.Complete lift truck inspections.Ensure all packaging meets the quality standard and repair as needed.Process all shipping documentation.Inspect, stage, scan, and load outbound finished product shipments.Must be safety conscious and follow company safety proceduresOperate RF ScannersPhysical Requirements:Regularly lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally up to 50 lbsStand and walk for extended periodsWork in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environmentWork around varying temperaturesSpecific vision abilities include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision as well as depth perception and ability to adjust focusAdditional Information: Fitesa offers a great work environment, professional development, challenging careers, and competitive compensation.
