A Material Handler is responsible for managing the movement, storage, and control of materials and products within our manufacturing facility. The Material Handler carries out tasks including pulling stock, staging orders, and facilitating material movement between production and warehouse areas. We pride ourselves on growing our human potential and encouraging career growth within our facilities.What You'll Be DoingObtain and maintain valid forklift operation certifications and conduct daily safety inspections.Carry out daily replenishment route inspections of floor stock items, prioritizing assembly cells when indicated by signals.Ensure timely and accurate updates of material information in the SAP system.Communicate current or anticipated part shortages to the Department Facilitator and Supply Chain Specialist.What We're Looking ForA minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent from a technical school, or at least three months of relevant experience with Danfoss products.Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and a solid understanding of manufacturing processes.Proficient in quality and problem-solving tools such as PPAP, capability studies, PFMEA, Gauge R&R, 4-Step, 8D, and Fishbone analysis.Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy items (often 50+ lbs) and stand for long periods.Prior experience in manufacturing, logistics, or warehouse settings is highly preferred.What You'll Get from UsWe promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.You'll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
