Warehouse Process Quality SpecialistThe Warehouse Process Quality Specialist will be responsible for driving training, quality execution, and materials initiatives across the Greenville site receiving team & local external warehouse. In this role, you will own the creation and adherence to standard work and the related KPIs. You will utilize your functional experience and expertise to develop and deploy training standards and drive improvements to tools and processes pertaining to warehouse operations.Roles and Responsibilities:Lead problem solving and continuous improvement efforts focused on warehouse inventory accuracyLead the external warehouse cycle count program and performance metricsDefine layered process audit plans to ensure strong adherence to system standardsLead problem solving and continuous improvement efforts for external warehouse receiving and internal material transfers to strengthen process standardsImplement built in quality solutions and facilitate daily management and root cause problem solvingSupport data analytics, materials reporting, and pulling of materials KPIsWork collaboratively with other Materials Leaders to effectively meet project goals and objectives.
