Move Manager – Senior Relocation & Downsizing

About the Role We're looking for a compassionate, organized individuals to help seniors and their families navigate downsizing, relocating, and estate clearing. This role blends project coordination, hands-on organizing, and meaningful client support.

Caring Transitions of Upstate SC is a NASMM certified Move Management company. We will train the right individual to be a leader in the industry.

What You'll Do

• Guide clients through sorting, rightsizing, and decision-making

• Create customized move plans and coordinate schedules

• Pack, label, and prepare items for moving, donation, or sale

• Oversee move day and supervise movers

• Unpack and fully set up the client's new home

• Communicate clearly with clients, families, and team members

• Must be willing to go the extra mile to make a deadline.

What You Bring

• Patience, empathy, and professionalism

• Ability to lift light household items and stay active on the job

• Reliable transportation

• Experience in senior services, caregiving, organizing, or moving is a plus
