Cleaning machines, grinders, Mc Guires, Conveyors and completing line clearance.Assist in making boxesRetrieve and return colorant to colorant racksSifting on nylon regrind and organization of the areaKeep work areas and assigned machines clean throughout shiftScan and move finished product to WarehouseClean material room and all material filtersHave an understanding of material routing from overhead system and maintain the material flowWork as a team member, Create a partnership with operators and techniciansHave understanding of regrind numbers and grind areasScan finished product and stack on the palletsHave knowledge of materials and what molds and machine they run in.Must be able to adapt to unforeseen circumstances as they ariseMust label all material correctly when ground and cover, understanding of material color codesCheck schedule daily, Use regrind whenever possibleIf required, assist with hand mixes and material samplesAll other duties as assignedHigh School diploma or G.E.D desiredMust have basic math skillsMust have basic computer skillsMust be able to work in safe manner and follow safety rulesPhysical Demands:While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand, walk constantly.
