Dispatcher

Make an impact from the center of the action as a Dispatcher with Tuck & Howell Plumbing, Heating & Air, earning $45,000$54,000 annually depending on experience. You'll keep technicians, customers, and schedules moving by coordinating daily service calls, adjusting routes in real time, supporting the call center, and stepping in to assist the sales team when needed.

• Full-Time
• Monday - Friday; 7:30am - 4:30pm

Minimum 1 year of customer service, dispatch, or office support experience

• Strong customer service, communication, and active-listening skills; professional phone presence
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to follow written processes; strong data entry skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Ability to handle multi-line phone systems
• Schedule flexibility, including rotating weekends
• Valid driver's license

Preferred Qualifications:

• Dispatch experience in a home service/trades environment
• Experience with ServiceTitan or similar field service software
• Experience supporting a sales team
• Customer service experience in HVAC, plumbing, or home services
• Experience with community outreach or grassroots events

Dispatch technicians to daily appointments; coordinate schedule changes in real time

• Monitor technician progress and reroute/escalate as needed
• Maintain accurate dispatch records in ServiceTitan
• Serve as backup CSR and backup sales-team dispatcher when needed
• Resolve customer concerns professionally
• Educate customers on services, memberships, and promotions
• Assist with grassroots community events as needed
