This role ensures accurate documentation, compliance with regulatory standards, and excellent customer service to maintain strong relationships with hospitals, satellite centers, and internal teams.Essential Functions Operational Support Tasks:Loads vehicle with necessary materials and suppliesEnsures that all orders are delivered in a timely mannerCoordinates and performs routes and pickups to ensure timely processing and deliveryAccurately completes all paperwork or electronic documentation as requiredBuilds boxes for hospital deliveriesGeneral Work Practices:Practices good customer service relations with co-workers, clients, and the publicMaintains a clean and orderly work areaOperates company vehicles in a safe mannerProduces accurate, precise, and legible documentation at each level of the manufacturing and distribution processMiscellaneous:Required to drive and safely operate a vehicle in various weather conditions including, but not limited to, rain, heat, cold, and other adverse conditions.Other duties as assigned or requiredMinimum Qualifications High School Diploma or GEDPrior experience in a similar/related job preferredValid Driver's License with no major infractions and dependable transportationAcceptable level of competence with standard operating protocols used in the department and throughout the blood center in generalGood knowledge of operating Smart devicesExcellent customer services skillsAbility to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructionsAbility to follow SOP in a heavily FDA regulated environmentAbility to communicate effectively, tactfully, and courteously to patrons, donors, sponsors, and co-workersAbility to work with all levels and in a diverse work environmentAbility to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff, management, and peersPhysical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
