Taylors, SCWhat We Offer:Competitive compensation packageComprehensive benefits starting on Day 1A collaborative, team-oriented culture with a strong commitment to safetyOpportunities to drive process improvements and support operational excellenceOngoing skill development in a fast-paced, dynamic logistics environmentKey Responsibilities:Coordinate and execute inbound and outbound shipments with a high degree of accuracy and efficiencyLoad, unload, and move materials using appropriate equipment, including forklifts and conveyorsReceive incoming goods, inspect for quality and accuracy, and verify shipments against documentationPick, pack, and prepare orders according to customer specifications and shipping requirementsLabel, organize, and store inventory based on size, type, and handling requirementsMaintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment in line with company policies and safety standardsIdentify, document, and report damaged or nonconforming materials; assist with resolution and trackingPerform routine quality checks to ensure products meet established standardsAccurately enter and manage data related to inventory, shipments, and warehouse activityCollaborate with team members and cross-functional partners to meet daily operational goalsActively support and follow all safety protocols to maintain a secure workplaceContribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process efficiency effortsPerform additional duties as needed to support warehouse operationsEducation and Experience:3–5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution operations preferredForklift experienceHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredKnowledge and Skills:Strong knowledge of warehouse processes, including shipping, receiving, and inventory controlAbility to safely operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts)Solid organizational and time-management skills with attention to detailProven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentStrong problem-solving mindset with a focus on accuracy and efficiencyEffective communication and interpersonal skillsPhysical stamina and ability to lift, carry, and move materials as neededAt Greif, we believe that our colleagues are the center of our success. Typically, a competitive wage for new hires will fall between $20.00 to $22.80. Offers for this position may vary based on market data and other factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location. If the competitive wage is equal in both fields, the starting rate is the same for all applicants that apply for this role. The starting rate is not representative of future compensation increases.
