Join our team and help make an impact in your community today!Benefits Include:24 Days PTO! - Use it, Cash it, Roll itPotential Company BonusesTuition Reimbursement401k Retirement PlanHealth Insurance (Medical, Vision, and Dental)Healthcare and Dependent Care FSAShort and Long-Term DisabilityEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Basic Life InsuranceSchedule:Extra $1.50/hr. after 7:00pm; extra $2.00/hr. on the weekendPosition OverviewResponsible for stocking and maintaining adequate supplies in the mobile staging department.Packs and stages all supplies, and minor equipment needed for scheduled blood drives, as well as organizes t-shirt for blood drives and centers.Performs and documents various minor equipment repairs.Ensures supplies on mobile vehicles are well stocked and kept in orderly fashion.Essential FunctionsOrders and maintains adequate inventory of supplies/equipment needed for staging multiple daily blood drivesStages all supplies and minor equipment for daily collectionsEnsures that all PODs meet minimum quantities of ancillary items and are replenished dailyOrganizes and packs t-shirts according to requests on trip sheetsFulfills daily t-shirt requests for all centersEnsures mobile stock room shelves are labeled appropriately and neat and orderlyRestocks supplies on blood mobiles according to Mobile Supply Sheet requestsOrders required supplies and equipment through purchasing online ticket system (PROS)Ensures rotation of supplies to prevent exceeding expiration datesOversees rotation of selected cleaning solution for Donor ServicesReports problematic staff related findings to appropriate managerAssists in monthly t-shirt inventoriesReports equipment failures/issues to facilities for repairs neededPerforms QC checks on specified supplies prior to staff useMaintains cleanliness of coolers used during collection processPeriodic assistance in bus deliveries and pick-upsDeliveries of extra supplies to drives that need additional itemsAssists in warehouse and courier duties as neededAssists with cleaning of vehicles if neededAssists the Donor Services team as neededOther duties as assigned or requiredMinimum QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GEDJob related experience preferredValid Driver's License with no major infractions and dependable transportationCDL License preferredExcellent customer services skillsUnderstands and follows written and verbal instructionsAbility to communicate effectively, tactfully, and courteously to patrons, donors, sponsors, and co-workersAbility to work with all levels and in a diverse work environmentAbility to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff, management, and peersPhysical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
