Now Hiring: 1st Shift Assembly Associates

Piedmont, SC $13.00 per hour Multiple Openings Available (3) Monday–Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Express Employment Professionals is seeking detail-oriented Assembly Associates to join a growing manufacturer in Piedmont, SC. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys precision work in a clean, climate-controlled environment—with every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday off!

What You'll Do:

  • Assemble very small components used in the automotive, aerospace, clothing, and other industries.
  • Perform detailed, repetitive work with a strong focus on quality.
  • Work primarily in a seated position with occasional movement throughout the day.
  • Complete a simple dexterity (peg board) test during the interview process.

We're Looking For Candidates Who:

  • Have excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
  • Enjoy hobbies such as crafting, cake decorating, fly fishing, building model cars, sewing, or other precision-based activities.
  • Can follow detailed instructions and maintain consistent quality.
  • Thrive in a quiet, production-focused environment.

Requirements:

  • Drug screen required.
