Security Officer Full Time Access Control

As a Security Officer Full Time Access Control in Greenville, SC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for tenants and visitors. You will respond to security-related concerns, assist with access control and alarm panels, and deliver exceptional customer service. Wed 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Thur 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Fri 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and clients while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the commercial property, including common areas, parking facilities, entry points, and the perimeter.
• Monitor access points and report unusual activity, maintenance concerns, hazards, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Maintain accurate activity logs and incident reports and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and property representatives.

Minimum Requirements:

• Experience using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
