As a valued member of the production team, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations at one of our premier clients. Your responsibilities will include setting up work areas, assisting with line configuration, and verifying ingredient codes to maintain high-quality standards prior to production. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and set up production workstations
Assist with line setup and adjustments
Verify ingredient codes and ingredients for accuracy
Follow safety protocols and adhere to quality standards
Support team members to ensure efficient production flow
Qualifications:
No prior experience required; entry-level welcome
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
Basic reading and math skills (including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, and percentages)
Basic mechanical aptitude (preferred), including proper use of tools like wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, and lubrication techniques
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
Ability to stand and walk around the production area for the entire shift
