Recruiting Solutions is seeking a Warehouse Associate for an established manufacturing company in Fountain Inn, South Carolina. This first-shift position with a pay range of $16 to $17/hr and is ideal for a dependable, detail-oriented candidate with warehouse, shipping, logistics, or forklift experience.

Benefits included:

• First-shift schedule: Monday through Thursday from 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.; Fridays typically from 6:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Warehouse Associate Job Responsibilities:

• Operate material-handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, to load and unload trucks and move materials throughout the facility.
• Package items for safe storage and shipping using materials such as foam, shrink wrap, cardboard, wood, and scrap materials.
• Identify, count, sort, measure, inspect, and kit items using drawings, photographs, and pick lists.
• Unpack, verify, and record incoming merchandise and materials.
• Perform quality checks and maintain accurate warehouse and inventory records.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Complete additional warehouse duties as assigned.

Warehouse Associate Requirements and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in shipping, logistics, warehousing, or a related field; forklift experience is preferred.
• Ability to safely perform a physically active warehouse role and handle the required workload.
• Ability to read a tape measure and use basic math skills.
• Strong problem-solving, multitasking, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to learn new processes and responsibilities.
