Assembly Line Process

This is a dynamic process, similar to an assembly line, in which each person is responsible for a specific step:

1. Unloading/Feeding Empty boxes and place books on the table to feed into the machine. This person needs to stay ahead and keep the product flowing at all times.
2. Line Organizer Arrange books on the conveyor to maintain a consistent flow into the machine. This role controls the pace of production.
3. Quality Check Receive books after labeling and verify labels are applied correctly. Attention to detail is critical.
4. Packing/Palletizing Repack, seal, and palletize finished product.

Key requirements:

• Comfortable standing for full shift (8 hours)
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs
• Works well in a team and a fast-paced environment
• Good attention to detail (especially for the QA role)
• Reliable and consistent attendance
