SLED/Timekeeping Associate (Part Time)

Position Summary

Oversee timekeeping functions and submission/filing of all SLED paperwork.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Maintain personnel files relating to SLED paperwork and initial officer training

Prepare and submit appropriate forms for all SLED related paperwork in timely manner

Perform general clerical duties

Oversee and review all student timesheets for accuracy

Manage Access database

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Knowledge of standard office and managerial practices

Proficient with the Microsoft Suite

Effective written and oral communication

Professional in appearance and presentation

Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals

Able to file data quickly and accurately

Detail oriented

Good people skills

Qualifications

Education: High School or better.

Experience: 3-4 Years or Related Experience
