Job PostingPosition Summary: Work at the Main Entrance, operate dispatch, and greet visitors.Principal Duties and Responsibilities:Entry & Intermediate level positionsAble to work assigned shifts, which may include day, evening, night, weekend, or holiday shift hoursReceive, dispatch, and log radio traffic on multiple radio frequenciesReceive, dispatch, and log emergency and non-emergency phone calls at the Main EntranceMonitor fire and security alarms and cameras, dispatch, and log all alarms receivedGreet visitors to the campus, answer questions, and provide directionsFollow established assignment schedule, ensure field officers are informed, and log all assignments completedMay obtain CPR/First Aid certificationMust (occasionally) lift/carry up to 50 lbs.Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Communication and customer service skills; proficient in phone etiquetteMulti-tasking skills under pressure while maintaining a professional and calm appearance and atmosphereEducation: High school graduate or GEDComputer Programs: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel, Web-based applicationsSpeedy and accurate keyboarding skillsAn applicant must be a born-again Christian who has a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
