Inventory Analyst - AutomotiveCategory: ManufacturingLocation: Fountain Inn, SC 29644Pay: $25.00 HourlyStatus: OpenDescriptionInventory Analyst - AutomotiveIf interested, please apply then call/text 812-214-1037 or email Casey.Williamson@elwoodprofessional.com6-9 month contract$25hr.Company ProfileLeading automotive interior supplierWhat's in it for you?Elwood Professional associates are eligible for a comprehensive and competitive benefits package plus an exclusive savings program, including:Medical/Vision/Dental/Rx plansHoliday PayTeladoc (online care)Referral Bonus IncentiveAnd More!Inventory Analyst - Automotive Details:Contract position$25.00 / annuallyFirst ShiftSupport daily inbound and outbound inventory transactions to maintain accurate and timely inventory movements.Process inventory adjustments and corrections while maintaining inventory accuracy and data integrity.Utilize SAP to track, update, and reconcile inventory transactions and material movements.Monitor inbound shipments and ensure Advance Shipping Notices (ASNs) are received and Goods Receipts (GRs) are completed in real time.Partner with Material Analysts and Logistics teams to resolve inventory discrepancies and transaction issues.Identify gaps in current manual processes and help establish more consistent and efficient inventory procedures.Investigate inventory variances and coordinate corrective actions to prevent recurring issues.Maintain accurate inventory records, transaction documentation, and supporting reports.Provide day-to-day support to warehouse, logistics, and materials teams as needed.Inventory Analyst - Automotive Qualifications:2+ years of experience in inventory, materials, warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations preferred.Experience working with SAP or another ERP system requiredStrong understanding of inventory transactions, inbound/outbound logistics, and material movements.Experience with ASNs, Goods Receipts, inventory adjustments, or similar logistics processes preferred.Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing and logistics environment.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and celebrate diversity at all levels of our organization.
