BridgeWorks – 3rd Shift Packaging Operator

BridgeWorks is hiring Packaging Operators to join our team. In this role, you will operate and maintain packaging equipment to ensure products are packaged safely, efficiently, and to exact specifications before delivery to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor packaging equipment, including forklifts, filters, pumps, transfer hoses, stretch wrapping machines, and scales
• Perform filter changes and equipment decontamination as needed
• Label containers for finished goods
• Complete batch sheets accurately
• Ensure products meet quality and packaging specifications
• Maintain a safe and efficient work environment

Requirements

• Ability to operate packaging and material-handling equipment safely
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable and able to work 3rd shift
