Job Description POSITION SUMMARY Support the Service business through the warehouse. Pull, pack, ship parts for customer orders. Coordinate all aspects of outbound shipments including routings, packing slips, bill of ladings, and serial documents and manage all associated tracking information in business system (SAP)RESPONSIBILITIES Visual inspection of incoming parts and placing into inventoryReporting of discrepanciesVerify bill of lading, stock locations, quantities and part numbers and store-received stockResponsible for packaging, preparing and loading of orders provided by the stockroomResponsible for pulling, bagging, and labeling stock for ordersGenerate all orders for daily shipping. This includes deliveries, van stock, part kits, stock transports, and Field Service.Create all picking labels and shipping labels for all ordersProcess all orders through customer portals, Vertiv portal, UPS and FedEx machinesProcess all RMA's from customersManage and process all Freight Claims in DatabasePrepare International Documentation for all Int'l OrdersPerform cycle counts and verify stock numbers, quantities, locations, descriptions, and shelf life and troubleshoot discrepancies to identify corrective actionCreate parts kitsIdentify stock shortagesEnsure that all work is performed in a safe manner and ensure that all safety measures are metQUALIFICATIONS High School Diploma or GEDOne to three years of stockroom experienceWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and ability to utilize existing business systems such as SAPDemonstrated skills in decision making, organizationAbility to multi-task in fast paced environmentPositive attitude and able to work in a team environmentComputer literate coupled with strong typing skills with ability to utilize word processor and spreadsheet application software for written communications, reportsTow Motor Certification may be requiredPHYSICAL & ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS Heavy Lifting (over 50 Ibs.)Frequent StandingFrequent kneeling / crawling / stoopingFrequent bending / twistingFrequent climbing (stairs, ladders)Working around moving machinery (fork-lifts, tractors)Protective Equipment Required (earplugs, gloves, eyewear, respirator, mask, etc.)TIME TRAVEL REQUIRED None#J-18808-Ljbffr
