We are looking for individuals who can thrive in a fast-paced work environment.Benefits Offered:Medical, Dental, VisionPaid HolidaysPaid Vacation401(k) (Employer match with 4% contribution)Life insurance (Company paid)Job Summary:The Selector is responsible for hand picking products and transporting items using industrial equipment to specified locations for shipment.The job will include, but not be limited to:Accurately, consistently, and safely follow directions when receiving/shipping stock, stock rotation, and loading/unloading of trucksAccurately pick, pack, palletize, wrap, and tag ordersRepack product into special packages for special promotional programsObserve safe product handling techniquesPerform cleaning and maintenance duties as directed by Warehouse SupervisorAssist with conducting physical inventory and cycle countingReturn undelivered products to their proper inventory locationsVarious other duties, as assignedMinimum Requirements:Ability to operate industrial equipment (forklift & pallet jack, cherry pickers)Good verbal and written communicationAbility to work independently with little supervision in a team environmentMust be able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manualsPhysical Requirements/Work Environment:Work to be performed in a warehouse environment with temperatures ranging from -22 degrees Fahrenheit to 100 degrees FahrenheitRegular lifting of up to 20 pounds and occasional lifting of up to 50+ pounds, occasional climbing of ladders, usage of pallet jacks, cherry pickers, and forklifts
