You'll be involved in everything from incoming materials and outbound shipments to inventory accuracy, material handling, documentation, and solving problems when something doesn't look right.What You'll DoReceive and process incoming materials, goods, and shipmentsPrepare, package, and coordinate outbound shipments and carrier pickupsCreate bills of lading, manifests, and other shipping documentationInspect incoming and outgoing materials for damage, discrepancies, or quality issuesMaintain accurate inventory records and perform routine cycle countsEnter and update inventory information in our ERP systemMove materials and products safely to the appropriate work centers and storage areasInvestigate and report quantity, documentation, inventory, and shipment discrepanciesPrepare inventory reports and assist with physical inventoriesKeep your work area organized using 5S principlesWork closely with the Materials team, production, management, and other departments to keep things movingWhat We're Looking ForYou'll be a great fit if you:Have 4–7 years of relevant receiving experience in a manufacturing environmentHave 2–4 years of material-handling equipment experienceHave a high school diploma or GEDCan work independently and make good decisions without someone standing over your shoulderAre comfortable juggling multiple priorities and keeping track of detailsHave strong communication and organizational skillsCan confidently use computer systems and learn ERP softwareUnderstand the importance of safety, quality, accuracy, and urgencyTake ownership when you see a problem instead of walking past itHave a strong eye for detail and take pride in keeping things organizedCan read and understand drawings, routers, and process specificationsOSHA forklift certification is a plusWhat This Job RequiresThis is an active manufacturing-floor position—not a desk job. You'll spend your day walking, standing, moving materials, operating equipment, using computers, and keeping things organized. You should be comfortable with bending, reaching, lifting up to 20 pounds unassisted, and working in a manufacturing environment.Why This Role MattersWhen shipping and receiving is done right, production keeps moving.
