Aircraft Structural MechanicSkyBridge Aviation is actively hiring experienced Aircraft Structural Mechanics to support one of the nation's premier military fighter aircraft production programs in Greenville, South Carolina. If you're looking for a stable, long-term opportunity with competitive pay, weekly paychecks, and a fast hiring process, this is the position for you.What You'll Do:Perform aircraft structural assembly, modification, installation, and repairsDrill, ream, countersink, rivet, and install aircraft structural componentsFabricate and fit sheet metal assemblies and structural partsRead and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical manualsComplete structural repairs in accordance with engineering specificationsInspect completed work to ensure quality and complianceUse precision measuring equipment and standard aircraft sheet metal toolsMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work areaQualifications:Minimum 5 years of recent aircraft structural or sheet metal experienceExperience with drilling, riveting, countersinking, structural repairs, installations, and blueprint interpretationAbility to work from engineering drawings and technical documentationMilitary or commercial fixed-wing aircraft experience consideredMust be authorized to work in the United StatesPreferred Qualifications: Military fighter aircraft experienceActive Secret Security Clearance is not required to start, but must be eligible for a Secret Security Clearance once hired if you do not have an active one alreadyAircraft production, depot maintenance, or modification experienceCompensation:$40.00/hour with an Active Secret Security Clearance$38.00/hour without an active clearanceAdditional $1.00/hour shift differential for employees working the night shiftWeekly payAvailable Shifts:Day Shift Monday through Thursday 4:30 AM – 3:00 PMWeekend Day Shift Friday through Sunday 5:00 AM – 5:30 PMNight Shift Monday through Thursday 3:30 PM – 2:00 AMWhy You'll Want This Opportunity:Competitive pay up to $40.00/hourAdditional night shift premiumLong-term, stable contract with opportunity to build your careerWeekly payBenefits availableNo tools requiredFast interview and hiring processWork on one of the most recognized military fighter aircraft programs in the industry
