Warehouse Associate/Shipping Clerk

PROMAN Staffing is seeking an experienced Shipping associate to join our team in Duncan/Greenville area. The successful candidate will have previous hands-on experience in shipping and logistics and be able to step into the role with minimal training.

Starting pay: $20.00 per hour

First-shift schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Process motor freight and courier shipments.
• Scan products and shipping documentation accurately.
• Create and manage Bills of Lading (BOLs) using a Transportation Management System (TMS).
• Verify shipment accuracy and ensure orders are completed on schedule.
• Assist customers picking up orders at the facility.
• Maintain shipping records and documentation.
• Support warehouse organization and shipping efficiency.
• Follow company safety procedures and quality standards.

Qualifications Required

• Previous experience in a shipping, logistics, or warehouse shipping role.
• Experience preparing motor freight shipments and Bills of Lading.
• Familiarity with scanning systems and shipping documentation.
• Experience using a Transportation Management System (TMS) or similar shipping software.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently with limited training and supervision.

Preferred

• Warehouse and distribution experience.
• Forklift experience.
• Experience working directly with freight carriers and customer pickups.
