Warehouse Associate/Shipping ClerkPROMAN Staffing is seeking an experienced Shipping associate to join our team in Duncan/Greenville area. The successful candidate will have previous hands-on experience in shipping and logistics and be able to step into the role with minimal training.Starting pay: $20.00 per hourFirst-shift schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMOpportunity to play a key role in a growing operationKey ResponsibilitiesPick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.Process motor freight and courier shipments.Scan products and shipping documentation accurately.Create and manage Bills of Lading (BOLs) using a Transportation Management System (TMS).Verify shipment accuracy and ensure orders are completed on schedule.Assist customers picking up orders at the facility.Maintain shipping records and documentation.Support warehouse organization and shipping efficiency.Follow company safety procedures and quality standards.Qualifications RequiredPrevious experience in a shipping, logistics, or warehouse shipping role.Experience preparing motor freight shipments and Bills of Lading.Familiarity with scanning systems and shipping documentation.Experience using a Transportation Management System (TMS) or similar shipping software.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to work independently with limited training and supervision.PreferredWarehouse and distribution experience.Forklift experience.Experience working directly with freight carriers and customer pickups.
