In this role, you'll be responsible for accurately picking, handling, packaging, and preparing parts and products to meet customer orders and daily production demands. Pay & Schedule

• Pay Rate: $18.05+ per hour

• Shifts Available (Monday–Friday):

• 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

• 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM

• Overtime: Yes – mandatory overtime may be required

What You'll Do

• Pick parts and products accurately according to order requirements

• Handle, package, and prepare items for shipment or production needs

• Verify items and quantities to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met

• Follow written and verbal instructions to complete daily tasks efficiently

• Use basic computer functions and learn department-specific systems as needed

• Maintain a clean, safe work area and consistently follow all safety procedures

• Wear required PPE and support a safety-first team environment

What We're Looking For

• 1–2 years of related experience

• Basic reading, writing, and math skills

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Reliability and ability to work well as part of a team

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move 20–30 lbs. as part of regular job duties

Pay Details: $18.05 per hour
