About the Role:
As a General Production Worker, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily manufacturing operations at Nestlé. Your responsibilities will include preparing workspaces, assisting with line setups, verifying ingredient codes, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. Your dedication will help uphold the high standards for which Nestlé is renowned.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and set up manufacturing workstations for production runs

• Assist with line configurations and adjustments to ensure smooth operations

• Verify ingredient codes to ensure correct ingredient usage before production begins

• Follow all safety protocols and maintain quality standards throughout your shift

• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals efficiently

Qualifications:

• Entry-level position; comprehensive training provided

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs

• Basic reading, math, and organizational skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, percentages)

• Basic mechanical aptitude (using wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, lubrication tools) is preferred but not mandatory

Pay Details: $15.20 to $16.20 per hour
