Supporting the STA - Student Activities department at Greenville Technical College. Duties may include any or all of the following.
Under limited supervision, the Student Life Coordinator provides leadership and administrative support for the daily operations of the Student Life Office. This includes supervising work-study students, managing departmental budgets, and developing, implementing, and assessing co-curricular programs that enhance the student experience. Reporting to the Director of Student Life, the coordinator is responsible for overseeing key program areas such as student activities and student clubs and organizations. The coordinator collaborates with departments across the college to support and promote initiatives that enrich students' academic and personal development.

Minimum qualifications: A high school diploma and relevant experience in business management, public administration, or administrative services or a bachelor's degree may be substituted for the required work experience.
Preferred qualifications: One year of full-time work-related experience in coordinating student activities programming with demonstrated leadership experience. Able to plan, organize, and implement appropriate activities within assigned areas of responsibility. Able to communicate effectively, establish positive working relationships with others, and lead others to attainment of mutual goals. Computer literate, and able to oversee the publication relating to Student Life/ Student Development. Able to use Canva, Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Adobe. Associates or Bachelors degree.
