Job Description Job Description Carolina Dental Docs - Spartanburg location wants you to join our Team!Our close knit Team is looking for someone to share our passion for children's dentistry!We are searching for someone who is patient focused, team-oriented, dependable, DENTAL ASSISTANT!!What we offer, but not limited to:-PTO-holiday pay- medical/vision/dental insurance-life insurance-STD/LTD options-401K options-scrub allowanceMinimum Eligibility Requirements:-minimum [preferred] 1 [one] year dental assisting experience-x-ray certified-CPR certified-certified to dispense nitrous-excellent patient communication-ability to multi-task-computer literate-Eaglesoft dental software experience preferredSkills:-knowledgeable in procedures related to pediatric dentistry-ability to control inventory and aid in ordering-taking diagnostic quality x-rays-ability to de-escalate difficult situations-works well in a child-centered fast paced environment-ability to process treatment plans, accurately document patient notes in computer-clearly communicate with clinical & administrative Staff, Dentist and Manager-ability to be flexible in clinical responsibilities and open to accept direction*pay will be discussed with individual applicants based on experience and skill levelMonday-Wednesday 7:45am - 5:00pm; Thursday 7:45am - 4:00pm
