Job Summary:The Treasury Assistant supports the daily treasury operations of a multi-entity manufacturing organization. This role is responsible for managing payment processing activities, supporting banking operations, analyzing cash flow data, and resolving payment-related issues. The Treasury Assistant works closely with finance, accounting, procurement, vendors, and banking partners to ensure accurate and timely execution of treasury functions while maintaining strong internal controls and compliance standards.Supervisory Responsibilities:NoneDuties and Responsibilities:Treasury Operations & BankingExecute supplier payment processing for multiple legal entities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies and approval workflows.Manage and monitor banking flows, including outgoing payments, transfers, and intercompany transactions.Support daily treasury activities across multiple bank accounts and banking platforms.Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external banking partners to facilitate treasury transactions and resolve banking-related inquiries.Cash Flow Management & AnalysisConduct cash flow analysis ensuring third-party treasury activity is accurate and supporting internal finance leadership.Monitor cash positions and assist in identifying potential funding requirements or liquidity concerns.Vendor Onboarding & Payment AdministrationVerify banking details and assist with compliance and fraud-prevention controls related to vendor setup and changes.Payment ResolutionInvestigate and resolve payment issues, including rejected payments, returned funds, duplicate payments, and supplier inquiries.Collaborate with Accounts Payable and Procurement to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.Communicate professionally with vendors regarding payment status, banking information, and issue resolution.Compliance & Process ImprovementMaintain compliance with internal controls, treasury policies, and financial regulations.Support audits by providing treasury-related documentation and explanations as requested.Assist with process improvement initiatives to enhance treasury efficiency, accuracy, and risk management.Maintain detailed records of treasury transactions and activities.Qualifications and Experience: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Education & ExperienceAssociate's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field required.Bachelor's degree preferred.2-4 years of experience in treasury, accounting, accounts payable, banking, or related financial operations.Experience working within a multi-entity organization preferred.Manufacturing industry experience preferred.Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesUnderstanding of treasury operations, banking systems, and cash management principles.Experience in financial transaction processing.Experience in Kyriba or other 3rd party Treasury platform.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and multiple ERP/accounting systems, including IQMS, TMM & Sage.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Ability to handle confidential financial information with discretion.Physical Requirements:--Primarily office-based environment with extended periods of computer work.Occasional interaction with banking partners, vendors, and cross-functional teams.Ability to work additional hours during month-end, year-end, or special treasury projects as needed.Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMCompensation details: 55000-60000 Yearly SalaryPIc27d57160976-25660-41139539
