SUMMARY: Assist grounds staff in upkeep of campus grounds.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Landscape watering
• Irrigation repair
• Hardscape Cleaning
• Cleaning and dusting reachable exterior building windows and doors
• Cleaning and waxing exterior fixtures
• Street and sidewalk cleaning
• Trash clean up
• General campus clean up
• Storm clean up

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

• Must be enrolled as a student at Bob Jones University or Academy
• Must be a least 16 years old
• Good work ethic
• Student will be allowed a total of 10 days of vacation
• Possibility of allergic environment should be considered
• Must occasionally lift/carry up to 50 lbs. and push/pull up to 100 lbs.
• Valid Drivers License is helpful
