Join our team and help make an impact in your community today!On-site position at our Woodruff Road location.Shift: Monday-Friday, rotating Sat/Sun bi-weekly 10:00am-7:00pmPosition OverviewThe Production Planning Scheduler recruits and schedules donor's via telephone in a courteous, professional, and friendly manner.Essential FunctionsEffectively recruits and schedules doors by telephone (telerecruit) in a professional, courteous, and friendly mannerEnsures apheresis and non-automated donor eligibility is acceptable in DoVac and Vista before scheduling donorsSchedules donor appointments in donor scheduling softwareMonitors appointment schedule throughout the day to ensure an adequate number of donors are scheduled within all fixed site centers to meet daily collection goalsMaintains good public relations with donors, patrons, and co-workersOther duties as assigned or requiredMinimum QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GEDAbility to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructionsExcellent customer service skillsAbility to communicate effectively, tactfully, and courteously to patrons, donors, sponsors, and co-workersAbility to organize and prioritize workload and meet deadlinesPossesses the aptitude for continued skill developmentPhysical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
