This position is available on our 1st shift.Job dutiesManage inventory adjustments and sample requestsInternal and External requestsInvestigate discrepanciesCommunicate with Customer Service any changesInvestigate and Issue team member IDR's to Distribution Supervisor for review with employee/sPerform cycle count of entire warehouse biannuallyUse TraceLink (SIT) for aggregation processMonitor primary bin replenishment tasksCoordinate with shift Leads to distribute workCollaborate with Director, Supervisors, Leads, and other cross-functional groups within the company to ensure alignment with company strategies and activitiesParticipate in the implementation of the organization's strategy for efficient distributionPick, Pack, Receive, Put-away, Replenishment as requiredOperates Powered Industrial Equipment (forklifts, order pickers and dock trucks) to process work ordersMaintain accurate and timely records and inventory counts, monitors results and identifies trends impacting distribution operationsMaintain various inventory reportsProcess and maintain transfer requirementsProcess and maintain post changesMonitor incoming receiving processesMonitor out-going shipment accuracyPerform inventory audits for internal and external entitiesMaintain purchase orders for finished goods (internal and external)Any other duties required by managementRequired qualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED (Preferred)Valid SC Driver's License; Must have own transportationForklift Licensed; Experienced driving Stand-up ForkliftWarehouse Shipping / Receiving Experience, minimum of 1 yearWorking knowledge of SAP system, Console RF System helpfulAbility to Operate Material Handling Equipment including pallet jack, forklift and/or order pickerGood Math and Writing Skills; Self Starter and MotivatedAble to perform Heavy Lifting, Material HandlingWalking/standing 8-12 hours a dayExcellent attendance and punctualityWillingness to work Overtime as requiredPhysical RequirementsCandidates must have effective use of all four limbs.Must have good eye, hand and feet coordination.Must have corrected vision that meets the same requirements as those for a valid / applicable state driver's license.Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs (Product weight varies)BenefitsCompetitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional growth and development.Fun and inclusive work environment.Key competenciesSince its beginning, Padagis has been undergoing the process of identifying what we believe will lead to the success of our organization in a competitive landscape.
