Job Description

Oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution. Ensure adherence to safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment. Previous experience as a Superintendent with a General Contractor. Proven healthcare construction experience is required. Strong background managing healthcare renovations, upfits, or ground-up projects. Excellent leadership, scheduling, and communication skills.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have: a strong background in construction management within the business services industry. Proficiency in managing teams and coordinating with diverse stakeholders. Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards in construction. Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills. The ability to oversee multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
