This role involves greeting customers, transporting vehicles safely, maintaining dealership appearance, and supporting service staff to ensure a premium experience consistent with luxury automotive standards.Key Responsibilities Greet service customers promptly and courteously upon arrivalAssist with vehicle check‑in and direct customers to appropriate service personnelSafely drive, park, and retrieve customer and dealership vehicles, assisting technicians and advisors with moving vehicles through the service processMaintain organization of the service drive, parking areas, and vehicle inventory; keep service areas clean, orderly, and presentable at all timesPerform vehicle inspections for damage and document findings as neededWash, vacuum, and prepare vehicles for customer delivery when requiredShuttle customers and/or their vehicles to and from home, work, or other destinations as neededEnsure all customer vehicles are handled with care and professionalism; proactively communicate potential issues to provide the best possible customer experienceAll associates should abide by company policy and departmental best practices and procedures and perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications and Requirements Shifts vary. Dealership operates Monday – Saturday and scheduling may require weekends before/after business hoursHigh school diploma or the equivalentAuthorized to work in the USA for any employerAll applicants must have a current and valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and must be insurable under our garage‑keepers policy standardsAbility to operate both manual and automatic transmission vehiclesPrevious experience in a similar role is preferred; familiarity with luxury vehicle brands and customer service expectations; previous valet, porter or automotive dealership experienceStrong customer service and communication skillsBasic mathematical skills using American units of measureAbility to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environmentAbide by company dress code and personal appearance standards; uniform may be requiredPhysical demands include: frequently move and position body to traverse multi‑level dealership property and various terrain; enter/exit/drive vehicles; detect and identify vehicle issues and safety concerns; exert force to move/manipulate objects (up to 25 lbs frequently); operate equipment; repetitive motion.
