Warehouse Associate – Job DescriptionLocation: Greer, SC.Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm (one hour lunch break)ResponsibilitiesAccurately pick and pack orders based on pick orders.Operate forklifts (mainly a cherry picker) safely and efficiently to move, stack, and load/unload inventory.Perform inventory checks and ensure the correct placement of products.Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and palletizing as needed.Collaborate with team members to achieve daily productivity goals.Conduct regular equipment checks and report any maintenance issues.Follow safety protocols and contribute to a culture of workplace safety.QualificationsHigh School Diploma/GED3+ years of related experiencePrevious experience in a warehouse environment, with order picking and forklift operation experienceMUST have attention to detail skills to match part numbers and location correctly to avoid fees from customersValid forklift operator certification is preferred.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to [insert weight limit]) and stand for long periods.Familiarity with warehouse management systems and inventory software is a plus.Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team.Fast-paced warehouse environment.Physical demands, including lifting of at max 50 lbs., bending, and operating machinery.Job Impulse, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
