This position is responsible for accurately and efficiently hand-loading building materials onto delivery trucks. The ideal candidate must be comfortable with heavy lifting, working on their feet throughout the day, and following written instructions.Key Responsibilities:Hand load door slabs, pre-hung door units, decking, nails, and other building materials onto trucksVerify products against loading paperwork to ensure accuracyRead and understand English loading documents and delivery ticketsOrganize and stage materials for efficient loading and deliveryEnsure loads are secure and properly distributed for safe transportMaintain a clean and safe work environmentFollow all company safety policies and proceduresAssist with other warehouse duties as neededRequirements:Ability to lift heavy materials repeatedly throughout the day (50–100+ lbs)Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods (entire shift)Basic ability to read and understand English for loading paperworkStrong attention to detail and accuracyReliable attendance and strong work ethicPrevious warehouse or loading experience preferred but not requiredWork Schedule:Monday through Friday7:00 AM – 5:00 PMWarehouse setting with exposure to varying temperatures, including cold.
