Overview TRIGO Global Quality Solutions is seeking to fill an Inventory Specialist Position in Greer, SC.Pay rate is Days/$18.15 and Nights/$19.25.Overall Purpose of a Inventory SpecialistEnsure accurate inventory and maintain proper documentation, labeling, and organization of material.Support quality control processes by tracking material status and movement, and collaborate to facilitate timely resolution and disposition.Reports to SAP Specialist/TrainerResponsibilities Client relationship & Business developmentResolve and communicate any inventory discrepancies to shift supervisor and necessary customer personnel, with verbal reports and with electronic systemsComplete and distribute pack inventory report to TRIGO and BMW stakeholdersOperationsSupport hot call process for reject materialProcess rejects in PAC locations and disposition follow-up in established time framesOrganization & managementManage parts on Quality Alert according to FIFOManage reject, DFIR, and STR processesManage and complete cleanliness/housekeeping and material cycle count and organizations in the PAC areasTechnicalMaintain 610 updated report on inventory reconciliationComplete daily aging and cage inventory reportsAccurately reconcile inventoryContainmentManaging parts on Quality Alert according to FIFOManaging rejected material processed into PAC locations and the disposition follow-upSupporting the hot call process for reject materialResolving and communicating any inventory discrepancies to the Senior Lead and Supervisor and the relevant Customer personnel, both physically and in the inventory systemMaintaining 610 report updated on inventory reconciliationCompleting daily aging and cage inventory reportsManaging cleanliness, material cycle count and organization of PAC locationsManaging the Reject, DFIR, and STR processesAccurate inventory reconciliationOtherAny other duties as assignedKnowledge, skills, abilities Hard SkillsProficiency in EnglishComputer skills Microsoft Office (basic Microsoft Excel proficiency) and OutlookProficient in the use of various gauges and measuring devicesAbility to lift / move 50 lbs.Values and AttitudeGlobal team spiritTeam playerCaring for peopleOpen-mindedExcellenceReactiveResilient to pressureRigorousCustomer focusClient orientedReliable & trustworthyFlexibleInitiativeAutonomousInnovativeDaringWork experience 1+ years of work experience in a supervisory role preferred1+ year in Quality related position preferredEducation background High School Diploma or EquivalentAbout TRIGO Global Quality Solutions Founded in 1997, TRIGO is a multinational company providing operational Quality Management solutions for the manufacturing sector, especially in the automotive and aerospace industries.
