EnviroSmart dba ES-Integrated is looking for a Full-Time Administrative Assistance for the Site and Civil Division in the Greenville, SC area to support office related tasks.
Essential Functions
Assist with onboarding and training of newly hired employees in the areas of:
Electronic Timesheets
Electronic Work Orders
Fuel Card
Scanning and filing paperwork such as:
Work orders
JSA's
Confined Space Permit
Assist with locating missing timesheets and work orders for the payroll approval process
Completing pre billing tasks for multiple customers which involves locating quotes, purchase orders, and generating the invoice to send to supervisor for review and submission to customer.
Assist with approving timesheets for temporary employees
Assist with tracking equipment in Verizon as needed
Providing field staff with necessary paperwork/forms
Audit weekly fuel reports for accuracy and makes the necessary corrections through Shell/Smart-fill
Enter customer billing data into specified systems
Review and update information in Spectrum Viewpoint as needed
Provides assistance with processing personnel documents and files
Eligibility Qualifications
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant
Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular)
Familiarity with MAC/Apple products
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
Education and Experience Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
Hours of Work
Typically Monday through Friday 7:30 am - 4:30 pm.
