Nick Van Gorp Real Estate is seeking a High-Level Executive Assistant to partner directly with a top-performing real estate leader. This role is for someone who enjoys having structure, driving execution, protecting leadership's time, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

What We Offer:

  • Base Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 annually (depending on experience)

Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize the executive's calendar to ensure optimal time management and efficiency
• Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, ensuring all necessary documents are organized and accessible
• Act as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, fostering strong relationships
• Handle confidential information with discretion, maintaining the highest level of professionalism and integrity
• Oversee travel arrangements, including booking flights and accommodations, to ensure seamless travel experiences
• Assist in the preparation and editing of correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents
• Monitor and respond to emails on behalf of the executive, ensuring timely and accurate communication flow

Qualifications

• Experience in managing executive calendars with precision and foresight
• Ability to coordinate and prepare meeting materials, ensuring all documents are organized and accessible
• Proven track record of acting as a primary point of contact, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
• Experience in overseeing travel arrangements, ensuring seamless and efficient travel experiences
• Ability to assist in the preparation and editing of correspondence, communications, and presentations
• Proven ability to monitor and respond to emails on behalf of executives, ensuring timely communication flow
