JACOBS has an immediate opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to support our data center project (on-sight) in Spartanburg, SC.
As a Project Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting project teams through a variety of administrative and coordination activities. Your ability to stay organized, communicate effectively, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment will directly contribute to successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and project support to the Advanced Manufacturing team
Coordinate project deliverables and assist in tracking progress against deadlines
Process invoices and support financial tracking activities
Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and coordinate logistics for project teams
Maintain and update project databases and tracking systems
Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and PowerPoint presentations
Support high-volume front desk/welcome center operations, including greeting and checking in personnel
Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure smooth project operations
Assist the construction team with a wide variety of administrative and coordination tasks
Minimum of 5 years of administrative experience
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with all levels of staff, management, and external stakeholders
Experience in project coordination and administrative support
Ideally, You'll Also Have
Experience supporting construction or project-based teams
Experience working in a front desk or high-traffic environment
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
