About the Role: As a General Production Worker, you will be a vital part of the production process, supporting daily operations by setting up work areas, assisting with line configurations, and verifying ingredient codes to ensure accuracy before production begins. Your efforts will help maintain the high standards of quality and safety Nestlé is known for.

What You'll Do:

• Prepare and set up manufacturing workspaces for production runs

• Assist with line setup and adjustments

• Verify ingredient codes for accuracy to ensure correct ingredient use

• Follow safety procedures and uphold quality standards throughout your shift

• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals efficiently

Qualifications:

• Entry-level position; training provided

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs

• Basic reading and math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, percentages)

• Basic mechanical aptitude (such as using wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, and lubrication tools) is preferred but not required

Pay Details: $15.20 to $16.20 per hour
