Quality Control Document Analyst And Trainer

The Quality Control Document Analyst and Trainer combines the responsibilities of analyzing and managing documentation related to quality control with the role of training team members on these processes. Responsible for ensuring that all quality control documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with relevant standards, while also educating team members on proper procedures.

Shift/Pay Rate: 2nd shift (3p-1130p) $23.50

Key Job Duties And Responsibilities

Document Analysis and Management

  • Review, analyze, and interpret documentation related to quality control procedures, protocol, and reports.
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with all quality control documentation.
  • Maintain and update quality control documentation, including SOPs and work instructions.
  • Establish and manage a document control system to ensure proper version control and access.
  • Act as representative for all certification audits like ISO 9001.

Training and Development

  • Develop and deliver training programs on quality control procedures, documentation, and processes.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to team members on quality control documentation and processes.
  • Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback for improvement.

Other Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure quality control standards are consistently met.
  • Assist with the implementation of new quality control systems and processes.
  • Participate in internal audits and other quality assurance activities.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in technology or information management or equivalent experience of 5+ years in a Quality Control Document Analyst & Trainer position.
  • Strong analytical and interpretive skills, with the ability to understand and interpret complex technical documentation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively train and mentor others.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software or tools.
  • Knowledge of quality control principles and practices and practices, including ISO standards and other relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and compliance.
