Our dedication toin employment law. equity and representation ensures aDuties and Responsibilities: dynamic team that reflects thecommunities we serve. Advise public agency clients on personnel matters including hiring, discipline,and termination.Spotlight on Culture Handle matters related to discrimination, harassment, retaliation, andemployee leave laws.  Mentoring Program Represent clients in administrative hearings, grievance arbitrations, and Professional Developmentcollective bargaining negotiations. Child-Friendly Business Award Assist clients with labor compliance, policy development, and internal Community Engagement Projectsinvestigations. Collaborative Environment Collaborate with colleagues across multiple offices on complex, high-impactcases.  No Jerks RuleQualifications:Focus on Schools and Community Strong interest and/or experience working with public agencies or schooldistricts.
