Now Hiring: Experienced Equipment Operators – Beauty & Cosmetics Distribution

We're hiring Cherry Picker and Reach Truck Operators for a fast-paced, high-performing distribution center supporting the beauty and cosmetics industry. Location: Greer, SC (Greenville Area)

Pay Rates by Shift:

• 1st Shift | Monday – Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM | $18.50/hr
• 2nd Shift | Monday – Thursday | 4:30 PM – 2:30 AM | $19.50/hr
• 3rd Shift | Friday – Sunday | 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM | $19.50/hr Weekend shift consists of 36 scheduled hours and associates are paid for 36 hours worked.
• 4th Shift | Friday – Sunday | 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM | $19.50/hr Weekend shift consists of 36 scheduled hours and associates are paid for 36 hours worked.

Overtime opportunities available! Please note: When business needs increase, mandatory overtime may be required based on operational needs.

What You'll Do:

• Operate Cherry Pickers and Reach Trucks safely and efficiently
• Use RF scanners to pick, pack, sort, and move orders accurately
• Replenish bins and transport products throughout the warehouse
• Load/unload trailers and maintain clean, organized storage areas
• Complete daily equipment inspections and follow all safety procedures

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Previous experience operating both Cherry Picker and Reach Truck (certification preferred)
• Ability to stand, lift, bend, and move throughout 8–12 hour shifts
• Must be comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and working in a fast-paced warehouse
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
