Our client is currently seeking a qualified Level 2 Support Technician to join their team onsite in Duncan, SC and provide end-user support. This is a long term contract opportunity. The ideal candidate must have experience with Windows 10 and 11 as well as ticketing system experience (preferably ServiceNow). The candidate must also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Candidates with manufacturing or supply chain environment experience a plus. Day shift schedule and must be willing to work some OT and after-hours.

Wage Range: The rate for this position is between $27.00 - $30.00 per hour, unless local minimum wage is higher. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
